Rose Harissa

Widely used and beloved throughout the Middle East, Harissa is a North African spice and condiment that is particularly popular in Tunisia for vegetables, meat, eggs, and breads.  This has a mild-medium heat tempered by sweet rose petals.  Often found as an easy to make paste, this aromatic and addictive rose harissa blend also shines as a dry rub.  It brings savory, spicy, complex flavors to any dish.  Contains a small amount of sea salt.

Contains: Chilies, Maas Chile (Chile flakes, sunflower oil, salt), cumin, coriander, caraway, rose buds, grains of paradise, garlic, sea salt.
