Like a dry variation of the popular chile paste condiment ssamjang, this blend keeps well and is versatile for all sorts of cooking, from classic Korean barbecue to your own inventive salad dressings, egg dishes and more.  Plus it's SOY FREE! 

    Contains: Gochugaru chilies, black garlic, honey granules (sugar, honey), scallion, sea salt, black pepper, ginger.

    • Special Tips: To get the most from Korean BBQ, use directly on meat & veggies that have some moisture to activate the spices. Otherwise, bloom in oil before use.
