Lightly oxidized, green oolong tea from Hunan Province, China. Tightly rolled leaves are aromatized by baking with fresh osmanthus blossoms from the Phoenix Mountains. This kombucha is fermented in American Oak barrels using live active kombucha cultures.

Ingredients: Osmanthus oolong tea, house kombucha culture and organic cane sugar.
