Certified Organic. Also known as Perilla leaf, this herb is used as a refreshing garnish to fish and vegetable dishes.  It's grassy, with notes of anise or licorice.  Perilla is often used as a wrap in Korean cuisine due to it's large size and refreshing notes.  Layer it with lettuce and rice with grilled meats.  Or stir fry it, pickle/ferment, and add into soups.
