Rose is full of vitamin C, collagen, and antioxidants. It also alleviates stress and tension, regulates hormones, and is highly supportive in aiding grief and heartache.

Red clover blossom is a mineral rich herb, useful for healthy heart function and building bone density. It has also been linked to regulating estrogen during menopause and for osteoporosis.
