Each batch of kefir includes probiotics and microorganisms long celebrated for their ability to strengthen guts and immune systems. Rich with both protein and calcium, this healthful beverage is lower in fat than traditional whole milk yogurts.

Our kefirs, like all of the dairy products we culture and package in our on-farm creamery, get their start in the diverse living soils we manage here in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, with the friendly help of our herd of beautiful Jersey cows.
