Suggested Use: 

Slurp - Take 1 TBS straight as a daily wellness and probiotic shot. 

Sip  - Dilute 1 TBS to 8 oz water and drink daily. 

Mix - Add to salsas, sauces, soups, dressings and marinades, mocktails, or Bloody Mary's as a functional ingredient with a spicy and savory flair.
