"Ground Up" Bread Flour

This bread flour is an easy-living blend that will make your breads look as beautiful as they taste whether you are using a no-knead yeast or sourdough recipe.

Using a blend of Winter and Spring Hard Red wheats, Ground Up sifts out the bran and middlings to create a high-extract flour great for making breads. This is the closest product to what would be considered a white bread flour.
