Coffee: Colombia La Casiana #1
We have two roast levels for this great coffee, this is the lighter of the two roast levels (Roast #1), exhibiting more citrus fruit and acidity.
This is our first year purchasing coffee from Finca La Casiana, which is located in the Antioquia region in Northwest Colombia.
The attention to detail in the Casiana Estate is evident in the consistency of each cup. Soil analysis, meticulous weeding, and selective pruning all contribute to these continuing improvements.
The Casiana Estate produces coffee that is a full-bodied yet fruity filter style coffee. Notes of lemon citrus and stone fruit are sticky and sweet, and there is a floral hint of elderflower. Heavier notes of walnut and caramel balance this everyday drinking coffee.

We believe supporting local builds a stronger community. We collectively support friends, neighbors, and colleagues to make and grow the things they love. In doing so, we get fresh goods made with care and we support a thriving local economy.
Seasons change fast in New England and we are committed to only selling what is available locally. We believe seasonal eating supports our farmers and connects us to place. When you buy from our market, you know you are eating in season.
Small farmers and small producers struggle to connect to you, the consumer. We want shopping local and supporting our neighbors to be easy and we believe Pip & Anchor does just that. All local, all season, all in one place.
