Organic. Deliciously bitter and nutty, this turnip cousin (yes, we are well aware it looks like broccoli. But trust us) is well suited to richer dishes. Blanching it briefly tames the bitterness, but we choose to embrace it, using it as welcome contrast.  Sautéed, roasted or even in soups, it's sure to delight and surprise you.
