Cold-pressed and non-GMO, Black Bear Sunflower Oil can be used anywhere you would olive oil. Great for drizzling into vinaigrettes or vegetables, or lightly sautéing. Sunflower oil is high in oleic acid and may help in lowering cholesterol. It also is used topically in all sorts of skin balms since it's high in Vitamin A and E. This oil should be kept cool (so away from your stove) for storage.
