This granola is baked locally in small batches in Hungy Bird Eats' bespoke kitchen in East Orange. This granola is nut-free and has all the classic spices but with a little Nordic twist. HBE added our favorite Danish cookie spices from Danish Pebernødder to the granola and the result is satisfyingly good. The granola flavor is best described as a spiced cookie but with less added sugar and with a tiny kick from the white pepper and ginger. Organic maple syrup is used as a sweetener instead of refined sugar. Eat the granola traditionally with milk, yogurt, as a dessert on top of vanilla ice cream or topped on your smoothie.
