Ever-bearing strawberries with black currants and rosemary. This flavor reminds me of early August evenings, eating al fresco, a pile of biscuits, a puff of whipped cream, a dollop of this jam and a a few fresh berries from the farmers market. This is a great flavor for nutty, hard cheeses like aged sheep milk and cheddars.
