Moromi's team foraged for ramps this spring and created this special edition soy sauce to capture the season. Based on their traditional shoyu, the infusion of fresh, ramps creates a subtle, and lingering note to remind you of spring. We enjoy sprinkling our ramp soy sauce on a cold Cannellini or mixed bean salad with diced shallots, white wine vinegar, and fresh garden herbs for a refreshing picnic bite.
