Sicilian Herbs & Salt. We source these wild herbs and spices from a family farm in Ferla, located in the hills of southern Sicily.  This inviting and versatile blend features aromatic wild fennel and flowering thyme, a touch of Chile flakes, and Trapani sea salt.
