Pastured chickens are free to roam on pastures and eat whatever bugs, worms and grass they desire.  The eggs are more nutritious with deep orange yolks: higher in Omega-3's, Vitamins A,E, & D, and beta-carotene.  They also are lower in saturated fat and cholesterol.
