Hydrosols hold the life force of the plant. Steam distilled plant matter that I process in a glass still using the highest quality, seasonal, organically grown or ethically wildcrafted plants. They enlighten our sacred space, mood and vitality and help you connect to the natural world. Traditionally used as facial toners but I also like to use them as room sprays, depending on the scent. 

Because our skin is usually slightly acidic and hydrosol pH ranges from 4-6, they are the perfect facial toners. Superior hydrators, since they are mostly made up of water. Use hydrosol in your skincare routine before applying oil, creams or balms and they will help your skin drink and hydrate and put those oils to good use. They can also be used blended in a dry clay + honey mask or as a room spray to lift your spirits, depending on the scent.

Cedar: antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti fungal and can be helpful with oily complexions as it helps balance the skin's natural sebum production.  Also great for acne and calming, safe for daily use.
