Our Roasted Tomato Ketchup, with all that toasty, robust flavor from roasted peppers, garlic, onions, and organic molasses—aged in a Dad’s Hat Pennsylvania Rye barrel! A very small batch collaboration with the best rye producer around, this one is really special. Dad’s Hat is a maker of premium Pennsylvania rye, made with rye that’s been directly sourced from PA farmers. A bit like our NJ tomatoes, except next door in PA!
