Remember those homemade sauces cooked for hours using only fresh ingredients from the garden? Well, this is it!
We use four kinds of mushrooms: oyster, shiitake, porcini and portobello all paired with overripe tomatoes, sage and garlic making this sauce very decadent, but healthy. Its ragu-ish flavor can only be achieved in small batches which is the only way we cook here at the Saucery. Mix with your favorite pasta shape, cook up a chicken marsala or even a delicious-hearty-mushroom soup.
