This small batch, handmade, artisan granola blends organic oats, loads of nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds), crystalized ginger, coconut, cranberries, flax seeds, olive oil, Himalayan sea salt, and a secret spice blend.  Intensely addicting, we eat it by the handful, topped on ice cream, baked apples, and the more traditional route with yogurt or milk.  Gluten-free, low sodium, and vegan.
