Our sourdough pizza crust is made from our own gluten-free sourdough culture. No gums or preservatives, pure and delicious. Each package contains two 10” gluten-free and vegan sourdough par-baked and frozen pizza crusts. All you have to do is let them defrost for about 15 minutes, top them, and throw them in a 500 to 550 degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes. We recommend cooking your pizza on a preheated pizza stone or right on the oven rack.
Ingredients: brown rice sourdough culture (brown rice flour, water), brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, *psyllium husk, Lamb Sugarworks maple syrup, sea salt, *olive oil.
