Bàrbara Mesquida Mora is my new favorite wine maker. She is all things Pip & Anchor. She grows grapes that work best for her island environment and with little intervention, she lets the wine shine bright. She also is a pioneer for food security. She has a communal garden for food insecure neighbors to learn how to grow their own food. She also set up a communal outdoor dining experience for restaurants that lost their ability to serve during the pandemic. Bàrbara deserves all of our support.

This wine was created on an island much like Nantucket so it's not a surprise we love it so much.

As with all of her wines, Sincronia Blanc is a mosaic recalling the combination of grape varieties in the blend while also representing the history of her pioneering winemaking family. Sincronia Blanc radiates the light and spirit of the island of Mallorca.

Tasting notes: Intense tropical fruits, light green herbs, and explosive acidity.
