Made with 100% grass-fed Jersey cow milk and cream from Severy Farm in Cornwall, Vermont, this cheese is a beautiful soft-ripened truffled triple creme with a bloomy white rind. It has a rich, creamy interior that is offset by a delicious earthy rind with hints of mushroom. Laced with a line of fresh black summer truffles, this decadent little round is delightful.
