It hails from south-central France where the winds of the Atlantic and Mediterranean collide to create the perfect climate for the grapes of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac. It comes from a family owned organic and biodynamic winery that sits on the soils of an ancient lake. Geneviève & Gilles Azam have respect for nature and work with the goals to preserve their lands for future generations just like those that have come before them.
Tasting notes: This is a clean sparkling white with bright acidity and a honey-like nose. The roundness of both the chenin and chardonnay give this wine character and texture. The palate consists of green apple, pear, and white flower and is super mineraly from start to finish.
