Saratoga Garlic is a Higgins family-owned, farm-based business around for ages. Making these aïolis was one of my first jobs as a teenager and, to be honest, I still love them and find them just as addictive as I did 25 years ago.
There are so many ways to use them: marinades, dips, sauces, by the spoonful. Below are my favorite ways to use each of the flavors:
Original - absolutely anything - on sandwiches, mixed with tuna, dipping carrots
Sambal - ham sandwiches... there's no going back once you try it
Curry - dip my french fries, clearly
Saffron - pairs perfectly with pretzels, or crudités. particularly delicious with artichokes!
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
