Sweet Rowen's line of fresh spreadable cheese is a direct expression of the lush mountain pastures on which their cows feed. Made over the course of just two days, the freshly drained cheeses are mixed with salt and one of their herb blends to create a tangy, spreadable, crowd-pleasing cheese with endless culinary applications. Smear it on a bagel, add as a pizza topping, scramble it in your morning eggs, crumble over a salad or simply eat with crackers or crusty bread.
