Ploughgate Creamery has been crafting small-batch, cultured butter of the finest quality in Vermont since 2014.

What is cultured butter? It's butter made in the European style, tangier and richer than your everyday stick of butter. The active cultures introduced to the cream impart complexity in aroma, flavor, and texture of the final product. The cream is churned and then hand-shaped and wrapped.
