Nantucket's Faraway Chocolate is a family-owned business headed by Chef Andre Marrero. (You may have had the chance to chat with him about all things chocolate at our pop ups.) Andre roasts, grinds, conchs organic cacao beans from all over the world. He also sources organically and from small farms that grow ethically and sustainably. It's Nantucket's only bean to bar chocolate.
