Butter: Butter Cuisine

Grass-fed butter, lightly salted with Newport Sea Salt. 

Garlic Herb Butter:  made with locally sourced garlic, fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon.  Top a steak or fish, toss with pasta, make a quick garlic bread, or add in to mashed potatoes. 

Truffle Butter: loaded with Perigord black truffles.  Toss with pasta, top a steak, melt into risotto, add to sautéed mushrooms, or get wild and rub it under a chicken's skin before roasting.
