Certified Organic. Fragrant and woodsy, with notes of citrus and pine.   Layer into a grilled cheese with mushrooms for an grown-up treat with a depth of flavor.  Fold into tomato sauce for an earthy note.  Just a few ideas, but generally you could use it where you would use rosemary!
